Makes three 600ml glasses
- half a cup of water
- 6 ounces of beet juice
- half a cup of kale
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 scoop of your preferred protein powder
- half a cup of preferred berries
- 1 banana
What You Do:
Throw all ingredients into a blender, blend and drink.
I use the kale stocks or stems. I peal the leafy kale off for my salads and store the stems in a sandwich bag in fridge.
