Recipe: Kale & Beet Juice Power Shake

Makes three 600ml glasses


  • half a cup of water
  • 6 ounces of beet juice
  • half a cup of kale
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop of your preferred protein powder
  • half a cup of preferred berries
  • 1 banana

What You Do:

Throw all ingredients into a blender, blend and drink.

Pro Tip:

I use the kale stocks or stems. I peal the leafy kale off for my salads and store the stems in a sandwich bag in fridge.
