How I take it:
– One cup of Unsweetened Almond milk (or just water I sometimes use)
– One scoop of Vega Mocha protein
When I Take it:
– After any kind of workout
– In lieu of a snack
– I keep track of my macros*, so if my protein number is low I’ll have any kind of Vega smoothie.
